By accessing or using Kotva.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by SR Labs s.r.o., Korunní 2569/108, 101 00 Praha, Czechia, Europe, Company Reg. No. 24426008 ("we", "us", or "Kotva").

2. Description of Service

Kotva.ai is an AI-powered content tool that helps professionals create LinkedIn® posts consistent with their personal voice and style. During the current phase, access is limited to invited beta users. Features and availability may change without notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• —Use the Service to generate content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful
• —Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service
• —Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service
• —Share your account access with third parties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these rules.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology that makes up the Service is owned by SR Labs s.r.o. or its licensors. You retain full ownership of any content you provide as input. Content generated by the Service on your behalf is yours to use, subject to any restrictions imposed by third-party platforms (such as LinkedIn®).

5. Third-Party Platforms

Kotva.ai is designed to assist with content for LinkedIn®. LinkedIn® is a registered trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected with LinkedIn Corporation or its affiliates. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with LinkedIn®'s own terms of service.

6. Third-Party AI Services

The Service is powered by our proprietary Brain Blueprint™ technology, which personalises and refines outputs to match your voice and style. Underlying this, we rely on large language models (LLMs) provided by third-party companies. We do not operate or control these models and are not responsible for:

• —Their availability, uptime, or performance
• —The accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of the underlying model outputs
• —Changes to their capabilities, pricing, or terms that may affect the Service
• —Any data processing carried out by these providers under their own privacy policies

All content produced by the Service is a suggestion. You remain responsible for any content you choose to publish.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific purpose. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SR Labs s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or reputational harm. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email where possible.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
